# Legal structure of DAO

Within DappRadar internally and through our community, we've been discussing the next evolution of our DAO: operating our business directly from the DAO and its legal structure. That’s right, the DAO will still have legal representation and operate within the required laws and regulations.

It’s within the line of our expectations that government regulations will change over time, and with that some parts in the setup of our DAO might change.
